At EduDerma, we stand behind the quality of our dermatology exam preparation resources. However, we understand that in some cases our products may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of our digital products (ebooks, videos, online courses etc.), we cannot offer refunds once you have accessed or downloaded the content. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand this policy regarding non-refundable digital items.

Subscription Services

For any recurring subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, no refunds will be issued for any previous subscription periods already paid for.

Refund Processing 

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
